You know your customer best

We’ll work with you to help sign your customer up and start the journey to turn their loved one into a diamond. We’ll send all the tools needed to collect the ashes or hair to start the journey.

2

A remarkable transformation

Their ashes or hair will then be purified to isolate the carbon. As soon as we get their carbon back, you and their loved ones will get a first look with the Eterneva team at the sparkly material your ashes or hair have transformed into.

3

A diamond emerges

Their carbon will be put into a diamond growth cell and grown in the Eterneva diamond growth lab. All diamonds are grown individually, and you and their loved ones will get regular video updates of the entire growth journey.

4

Cut, polished, set by masters

Once their raw diamond has emerged, it’s time to cut, polish, color, grade, and set it in pieces they can carry with them into their next chapter.

This was the most amazing process.  After speaking with Jacob, I was at ease with sending my child’s ashes to him. From the first day to the time I received the most perfect blue diamond, communication was the best. I was updated on every moment of change.  Upon receiving my baby back, I was able to not only meet Jacob, but I got to meet Adelle and Garrett. I will never be able to thank them enough.

Adelle the owner was amazing!  She made me feel secure with my decision and she made me feel like I was a part of the Eterneva family. And that my dad was in good hands.  I am very grateful for Adelle and Eterneva family to welcome me and my dad Into the family. Thank you sooo much for everything!  I love the diamond. I recommend Eterneva to everyone!

Garrett was so incredibly sensitive and caring throughout the entire diamond making process. I get to be close to my baby girl every day because of this amazing gift. It has made the passing of Lucy more bearable. Now, she truly is "Lucy in the sky with diamonds". Thank you to the entire team for all of your support and kindness.

Instead of cremated ashes, can I use other sources to create a Diamond?

You are able to include other sources of carbon to supplement with anything that has significance to you, which could include (but is not limited to) clippings of hair, cotton clothing, dried flowers, written letters. We ask that you make sure anything you send is completely dry.
