The Eterneva Diamond Journey™

The journey we are about to take together is not just about crafting a diamond. It’s about bringing brightness and meaning to loss. You are beginning a grief-healing journey. And we’ll be with you every step of the way.

The kit includes a video, instructions, return postage, and the needed tools for you to send us your loved one's ashes.

Once the ashes or hair arrive at our lab, a lab tech transfers them from the jar they came in to a graphite crucible. The crucible will go through a carbon purification process to extract the carbon from the other elements in the ashes.

Through a custom, individualized process of heat and pressure, your loved one's raw Diamond will grow.

We walk the journey with you.
A dedicated Care Team will serve as your Journey Guide, and you'll receive access to a personalized online Journey Tracker so you can login anytime to see where we are in process.

Your Diamond is cut in Antwerp, graded and engraved, colored* and set in personalized jewelry*. Next, we’ll get ready for the homecoming! (* optional)
The return of your loved one’s Diamond is a special day, so we make sure every Diamond is carefully and thoughtfully delivered.

Once we have extracted and purified the carbon from the remains, it is placed inside a machine that mimics the pressure and heat conditions under the earth’s crust. Something we love about this process is that each individual’s carbon content is different, so everyone requires a different combination of pressure and heat to become a Diamond. That means every Diamond we produce is as unique as the individual it’s made from.
