Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself!

A: I am a funeral director in Austin Texas, originally from Chicago. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my friends, family, and three cats.

Q: Can you share a bit about your experience as a funeral director offering Eterneva to the families you’re serving? Specifically, your initial thoughts when the pilot program rolled out in Feb. 2023 and your current thoughts now that you’ve been presenting this for eight months.

A: I have always loved the idea of memorial diamonds. In fact, I had heard about the process before I had even become a funeral director. When I was 21 and had been diagnosed with cancer, I told my parents that if I didn’t make it for any reason, I wanted to be made into diamonds to be buried with them one day in the future. I love being able to offer Eterneva Diamonds to families because not only is it a product I genuinely believe in, the product comes from a company that you can tell really cares about the families they serve.

Q: Have there been any challenges and/or objections you’ve had to overcome when presenting the memorial diamond offering?

A: There haven’t really been any challenges. Memorial diamonds are like any other offering in that some families love it, and some don’t. The only thing that has detoured customers is the price, which once I explain the diamond growing process, families seem to understand why the cost is where it's at.

Q: As of October 30th, Eterneva is officially ive in 500+ SCI locations! What are you most excited to share about regarding SCI's partnership with Eterneva?

A: I'm looking forward that unique feeling of gratification you get as a director when you know you’re helping a family heal by offering something most companies can’t.
